Thank you for your continued attention and support of the PKN Dynamics Cloud Platform! The PKN Dynamics team is committed to actively addressing user needs and resolving issues. To better meet customer requirements, enhance server response speed, and improve the overall user experience, the Solar Guardian platform will undergo an upgrade. This upgrade will optimize server configuration, release new features, and resolve known issues.
Upgrade time: 9:00-21:00, September 27, 2024, Beijing time
During the upgrade, the web portal will be inaccessible, and the app’s network mode will not be available. However, the app’s local mode will function normally during this time. No action is required on your part, and the platform will resume normal operation once the upgrade is completed.
